The Comet A34 was a British tank used during and after World War II. It was an improved model of the Cromwell with more power and armour, and a top speed of around 50 km/h. The Comet took part in operations in Normandy, Germany, the Korean War and the Malayan conflict. It had 102 mm armour on the turret and 76 mm on the hull. 1,186 Comet A34s were produced. Today you can see several pieces in museums around the world.
