The Dassault Alpha Jet E is a French aircraft developed in the 1970s and 1980s for training and light combat deployment. The aircraft has a length of 12.13 m, a wingspan of 10.06 m and a height of 4.19 m and is equipped with two jet engines with a thrust of 1,590 kgf each. The Belgian BAF JTS flight school uses the aircraft for pilot training. The Alpha Jet E has been deployed in various conflicts and Belgium has ordered 33 aircraft.
