Antonov An-32
The An-32 is a turboprop military transport aircraft that was developed in the Soviet Union in 1976. The aircraft was derived from the An-26, but was designed for greater payload capacity and increased range. The aircraft is primarily intended for cargo transport, both for military and civilian use. The An-32 can carry up to 6.7 tonnes of cargo or up to 50 troops. The aircraft is powered by two AI-20D turboprop engines with a power output of 5,100 kW, which allow it to reach a maximum speed of 530 km/h and cover a distance of up to 2,500 km. The An-32 is still in use in several countries, although many are already planning to replace it with more modern aircraft. However, the aircraft still retains its popularity due to its reliability and performance in challenging conditions.
