The aircraft is from the HobbyMaster aviation edition. This is a well made model with lots of accessories. It is possible to have the model on a landing gear or on a stand - the landing gears are interchangeable.
The C-47 Skytrain, also known as the DC-3, was a transport aircraft that served during World War II and was capable of transporting troops, cargo and other equipment over long distances. After the war, the DC-3 became popular as a transport aircraft for civil aviation. The DC-3 is still considered one of the most important and influential aircraft in aviation history.
