M18 Hellcat
The M18 Hellcat was a highly successful tank destroyer that was used by the United States during World War II. It was famous for its speed and agility, which enabled it to outwit heavier enemy tanks and attack them from the side or rear where their armor protection was weaker. The M18 Hellcat was armed with a 76mm gun that was powerful enough to penetrate the armor of most German tanks. It reached speeds of up to 60 miles per hour (97 km/h), making it one of the fastest armoured vehicles of the war.
