Fokker
Fokker was a Dutch aeronautical company founded in 1912. The company specialized in the production of aircraft machines and later in the development and production of aircraft for civil and military purposes. Among the company's most successful products are the Fokker Dr.I and Fokker D.VII aircraft, which became famous during World War I. After the war, the company focused on civil air transport and began producing commercial aircraft. In the 1950s and 1960s, Fokker specialized in short and medium haul, producing successful aircraft such as the Fokker F27 Friendship and Fokker F28 Fellowship. In 1996, Fokker ran into trouble and eventually went bankrupt in 1997. In 2001, most of its operations were sold to Stork Aerospace and some of the brands were subsequently sold to GKN Aerospace. Today, the Fokker brand is used for aircraft manufactured by GKN

Fokker F-28-400
The Fokker F-28-400 is a twin-engine medium-sized jet aircraft developed by the Dutch company Fokker in the 1970s. It is an improved version of the F-28, which was designed for short regional routes. The F-28-400 had a larger passenger capacity and longer range than its predecessor. It was powered by twin Rolls-Royce Spey jet engines with more thrust and reached speeds of up to 850 km/h. The aircraft could seat up to 85 passengers and was equipped with modern avionics and navigation systems. The F-28-400 was a popular aircraft for short regional routes in Europe, Asia and Australia. It was also used as a VIP aircraft for government transportation. However, Fokker later discontinued production of this type of aircraft due to low demand and competition in the market.
