The model is from HobbyMaster's aviation edition. This is a well made model with lots of accessories. It is possible to have the model on a landing gear or on a stand - the landing gears are interchangeable.

L-1049 Constellation
The L-1049 Constellation was a four-engine propeller-driven aircraft carrier manufactured by Lockheed Corporation from 1943 to 1958. The L-1049 was widely used by airlines in the 1950s and 1960s. The L-1049 Constellation was designed to carry up to 95 passengers in comfort and luxury. However, in practice it was often used in a configuration with fewer seats to offer passengers more space and comfort. It was also used as a military transport aircraft and for governmental purposes. The last flights of this aircraft were in the 1970s
