Join our bonus program - it works very simply and everything is transparent - the more you buy from us, the better prices you get from us!

How do I join the bonus program?

The first step is to register on our e-shop. This is necessary so that we can recognize which customer has placed an order with us and what discount the system should assign to them.
The registration form can be found on the right hand side of the site, or go directly to the registration form

Well, that's all :-) By registering you automatically become a participant of the bonus program. All existing registrations have been automatically enrolled in the bonus program.

Important: Please always log in with your login details before placing any order - if you place an order in non-logged in mode, the system will not be able to add your order to your bonus account.

How does this work?

With every order you place with us, your bonus account is automatically increased for all your purchases. Based on the total amount of your purchases, the system will deduct the discount awarded to you from further orders /discount levels table below/. After logging in, you can see the prices in the product catalogue after the discount - so you always know exactly how much you will pay.

You don't have to worry about anything or solve anything - everything works automatically and for all our customers - we are transparent!

And what price do I actually get?

The amount of the discount varies depending on the total amount of purchases made. The important thing is that the discount is granted to you permanently, you don't have to rush with your purchases and moreover the discount will only increase in the future :-)

I have now placed an order for 4000 CZK, but I still see the same price in the order.
Yes, that's right - the system will automatically set a 4% discount on your profile and the discount will be applied to your next order.

Since when are points loaded into the loyalty program?
The bonus account points start loading from the moment of launch - that's September 2009

How do I know what my discount is?
When you log in to your profile, you will immediately see the amount of the discount. At the same time, the online catalogue already shows all prices after the discount.
