About M3 Scout Car:
The M3 Scout Car, known as the M3 Half-track, was an American armored vehicle developed in 1938 and produced from 1940 to 1944. It featured powered wheels and a tracked chassis that allowed it to traverse difficult terrain. The vehicle could accommodate 10 soldiers, was armed with a machine gun and was equipped with heating and air conditioning, which was unusual at the time. The M3 Scout Car was deployed in combat in Africa, Europe and the Pacific and was popular for its ease and speed of transport and ample protection. It was used by the American, British and Soviet armies and continued to be used after the end of World War II.
