Sukhoi Su-27
The Sukhoi Su-27 is a fighter aircraft manufactured by the Russian company Sukhoi. It first flew in 1977 and has become one of the best and most powerful fighter aircraft in the world. It was designed to operate on long-range reconnaissance and combat flight missions and is still in active service in many countries. The aircraft has a length of 21.9 metres, a wingspan of 14.7 metres and a maximum take-off weight of 33,000 kg. The Su-27 is powered by two Type Lyulka AL-31F engines with a thrust of 123 kN each. It has a maximum speed of up to 2 500 km/h and a range of approximately 3 530 km. The Su-27 is equipped with a wide range of weapons, including various types of air-to-air and air-to-ground missiles, cannons and bombs. It can carry up to 8 000 kg of ammunition and weapons. The Su-27 also has advanced avionics systems, including a radar and navigation system.
